We may be able to resolve issues immediately in some cases. Sometimes, I t may take some time, but we are always flexible in our problem-solving approach to you, our valued customer. This is one of many things we are good at, but we want to point this out.  We are more flexible than our competitors and our own suppliers, which sometimes comes at a cost, but we want to be there for you!
